Ocean Rights: Rights of Marine Wildlife
Michelle Bender recorded a guest lecture for Lewis and Clark Law Schools 2024 course on Aquatic Animal Law, and this presentation is a similar representation of that lecture. Michelle shares how the RoN paradigm can positively influence ecosystem restoration in instances of severe harm, fishery management decisions, as well as protect migratory species.
